Pepper Appoints James Gray as Head of Real Estate Advisory

Pepper UK has added additional capability to its fast growing Commercial Loan Servicing Division by recruiting James Gray as Head of Real Estate Advisory. In his new role at Pepper he will be working closely with the servicing teams to maximise real estate values and improve returns for clients.

James joins from JP Morgan Chase Bank where he was in the Corporate and Investment Bank Appraisal team. Whilst at JP Morgan he oversaw the acquisition, due diligence and appraisals of both performing and non-performing loan portfolio acquisitions. James has extensive experience in a wide range of asset classes from healthcare, hotels and offices to airports and industrial in the UK, Ireland and across Europe. Prior to JP Morgan, James worked at Knight Frank and CBRE.
