Following the government announcement regarding payment holidays, we continue to receive very high volumes of customer contact.
If you have registered your request for a payment holiday, we will contact you as quickly as possible but this may take longer than the estimated 7 days.
If you have not registered yet and would like to talk to us about a payment holiday please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your mortgage account number in the subject and we will call you back as soon as we can.
NOTE: Cancelling your Direct Debit is not a payment holiday and will be counted as a missed payment if it has not been agreed with us. If you would like to talk about a payment holiday, please follow the guidance above. If a payment holiday is agreed, the Direct Debit mandate will remain in place so payments can resume when the agreed payment holiday ends.
