Pepper UK Limited ("Pepper UK") is committed to fairness, inclusion and opportunity irrespective of gender. We are committed to go beyond just the annual pay gap reporting. It is fundamental to our Culture. 

Gender pay gap reporting has helped us to review how we continue to put people at the heart of our strategic plans. Enabling us to review external trends whilst considering key skills essential for continuous success, both at individual and companywide level. 

Pepper UK managed since its last gender pay gap report to improve its gender imbalance in its senior executive roles. We are especially pleased to see increased female representation on Pepper UK Executive team, now at 50% representation, significantly higher than the UK Financial Services average.

What we’ve achieved further this year to positively reinforce opportunities and equality within our business are advanced development initiatives for all our employees. Training supporting personal growth and how to reach personal potential. All our employees attended training initiatives, such as:

  • Raise your potential, or
  • Emerging Leaders program

The Gender pay gap data is accurate and representative of the salary and bonus information on the 4 April 2019. Pepper UK's mean gender pay gap is 36.33% and its Median gender pay gap is 29.92%.

Pepper UK is committed to ensuring that all employees are selected and appropriately compensated in their roles based on their skills, abilities and performance alone, without regard to their gender.
