Gender Pay Gap

Pepper UK Limited ("Pepper UK") prepared its gender pay gap data in line with the methodology set out by the UK government. The data is accurate and representative of the salary and bonus information on the 5 April 2017. Pepper UK's mean gender pay gap is 28% and its Median gender pay gap is 20%.

Pepper UK believes its gender pay gap is representative of that experienced in the financial services sector generally. Pepper UK, like many other financial services businesses, experiences a gender imbalance in its senior executive roles, with more men than women holding these positions. Pepper UK's gender pay gap excluding the senior executive level is significantly below the national average.

Pepper UK is committed to ensuring that all employees are selected and appropriately compensated in their roles based on their skills, abilities and performance alone, and without regard to their gender. This is reflected in the virtually identical percentages of male and female staff receiving bonuses.
